We invite the team of your company to unite into a tingas – a meeting of various tribes for the sake of unity and strength – and to try out the authentic and captivating Baltic culture program in nature. You will be welcomed by representatives of the Baltic culture, dressed in their traditional garments. They will split your team up into several tribes and lead interactive, strategic and educational activities. During the day, you will be playing a few ancient games, get acquainted with Baltic culture and traditions, cook an exceptionally delicious stew on an open flame and get to try traditional Lithuanian crafts. During the evening, you will be presented with various challenges and traditional rituals by the fire. This type of event is perfect if you wish to create a new team or strengthen your current one. Your team will be encouraged to act together, try out a little something new and to spend time being active and at the same time learn about the history of Lithuania and the Baltic culture in a playful way. This program is conducted in English as well as Lithuanian.
